The service charge is kept separate from rent so the wider Park Lane site can be maintained to a high standard.
It covers the shared costs of maintaining the business park, the common external areas and a number of practical services used by tenants across the site.
Site upkeep
External painting and decorating, drive maintenance, weed control, leaf sweeping, grass cutting and hedge cutting.
Shared services
Water, sewage, bins, car park lighting, site signage and electric gate maintenance.
Property support
Buildings insurance and air-conditioning maintenance where applicable.
Tenants arrange separately
- Broadband and IT services, noting that some providers may still reference certain suites under the older site postcode CO4 5NL.
- Electricity, where some supplier records may also still show the older site postcode CO4 5NL.
